Victoria Beckham Has Eaten The Exact Same Meal Every Day For 25 Years


Victoria Beckham is known for being incredibly strict when it comes to her health and fitness; so much so that she’s eaten the exact same meal for 25 years.

Very few celebrities have reinvented themselves quite like Victoria Beckham.

After first finding worldwide fame in the 1990s as Posh Spice in the legendary pop group Spice Girls, she soon became recognized for her signature fashion sense, dry humor, and unmistakable image.

Although many still remember her as one-fifth of the girl group that helped shape a generation of pop music, Beckham has since built an impressive career far beyond the music industry.

Over the years, she has successfully evolved from chart-topping singer into a respected fashion designer and entrepreneur, creating a brand that has gained acclaim throughout the fashion world.

Her self-titled label, Victoria Beckham, launched in 2008 and has become known for clean tailoring, understated elegance, and contemporary sophistication.

Outside of fashion, Beckham has remained firmly in the spotlight through her high-profile marriage to former England football captain David Beckham, as well as their family life, which continues to fascinate fans around the world.

But despite spending decades in the public eye, people are still learning unexpected details about her day-to-day routine, including the revelation that she has reportedly eaten the exact same meal every day for the last quarter of a century.

A life built on discipline

In an interview with Vogue Australia, the designer spoke candidly about her strict lifestyle and admitted she is naturally ‘disciplined.’

She told the publication: “I eat lots of healthy fat: fish, avocado, nuts, that sort of thing. I do drink alcohol unless I have a reason not to. I’ll detox from anything for three to six months where I won’t drink.

“I’m quite extreme in anything I do, whether it’s eating or working out or drinking or not drinking.”

Beckham also shared details of her intense fitness regime, which includes 30-minute uphill treadmill runs combined with ‘grueling one-hour weights sessions.’

Her wellness routine goes beyond exercise, too. She takes skin supplements, drinks apple cider vinegar first thing every morning, adds Skinaide collagen peptide powder to her coffee, and occasionally enjoys health retreats.

Still, perhaps the most disciplined part of Beckham’s lifestyle isn’t her workout schedule or supplement routine, it’s her eating habits.

David Beckham’s surprising revelation

David Beckham previously discussed his wife’s diet while appearing on the River Cafe Table 4 podcast.

He explained that while he becomes ’emotional’ about food, his wife feels very differently.

“When I’m eating something great I want everyone to try it,” he said. “Unfortunately, I’m married to someone who has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years.”

According to David, his wife almost never moves away from her go-to meal, although there was one rare exception while she was pregnant with their daughter, Harper Beckham.

“The only time she’s shared something that’s been on my plate is when she was pregnant with Harper, and it was the most amazing thing,” David recalled.

“It was one of my favorite evenings. I can’t remember what it was, but I know she’s not eaten it since.”
