Journalist Maria Shriver was recently seen celebrating a federal court ruling that blocked the Trump Kennedy Center rebranding.
She slammed Trump by calling it a great birthday gift to her late uncle, who was former US President John F. Kennedy. The news comes after a US District Judge ruled that the institution’s board acted unlawfully when it added President Trump’s name to the national cultural landmark without any authorization from Congress.
The decision was in exact alignment with what would have been JFK’s 109th birthday. The court has now ordered that the President’s name be entirely removed from the building within 14 days, which many are deeming to be a huge blow.
